Welcome to Speedz Online Casino. These General Terms and Conditions (version 1.1, published 12 June 2026) govern your use of speedz.com, including any mobile and mobile application version and any subdomains. By creating a Speedz account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not register or continue to use our site.

We, Ganadu Gaming Limited, remain responsible for the general management of the wallet, deposits and withdrawals, and for the payment of local jackpots on the games we operate. Our Group Brands refers to the products operated under our B2C licence, and a second brand, Berriez Casino, is presented on our site as part of the same operation. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and the courts of the British Virgin Islands have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Our Licence and Regulation

We are licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under licence number 01003, issued on 4 June 2025. Our KGC seal and 18+ mark are displayed in the footer of our site. Eligibility and Registration

Deposits and Withdrawals

If your bank or e-wallet account is in a different currency, your funds will be converted to EUR before being credited to your account, and withdrawals are sent in EUR and converted back by your bank or e-wallet, with any exchange premiums payable by you. For winnings exceeding EUR 50,000, we reserve the right to pay in instalments of up to EUR 10,000 per day, EUR 25,000 per week or EUR 100,000 per month, though our VIP players may be entitled to exceptional limits. We aim to approve or deny a withdrawal attempt within three days, and if cancelled, funds are returned to your account. Additional verification is carried out on any transaction, or cumulative transactions, exceeding the equivalent of EUR 10,000, and we review play for irregular patterns, including equal, zero or low-margin bets, hedge betting and single bets of 30% or more of your balance while wagering a bonus. Our liability arising from your use of the site is capped at EUR 100.

We charge an inactivity fee of EUR 5.00 per month on accounts holding a real-money balance with no login for over 12 months, deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero, with at least 30 days' notice given in advance; logging in reactivates your account and the fee no longer applies.
